Charter of Kingswinford, [1629?].

Charter dating from Nov. 3, 1629 [?], at Westminster, continuing privileges enjoyed by the tenants of the manor of Kingswinford and Clent under Queen Elizabeth I. Tenants of the manor are not obliged to pay various kinds of taxes specified in the charter, or to help pay for the king's or the parliament's knights, or to be taken to court outside of their own manor.
